THIS IS A 1979 SCOUT II ORIGINAL PAINT RALLYE EDITION. 345 V8 WITH WORKING AIR CONDITIONING. AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION. 4X4. THIS SCOUT WAS SHIPPED IN FROM ARIZONA LESS THAN ONE YEAR AGO. THERE IS NO RUST WHATSOEVER. THE ENTIRE FRONT FLOOR MAT WAS REMOVED AND A NEW OLD STOCK FLOOR MAT INSTALLED. SEE PICTURE OF FLOOR WITH THE SEATS AND FLOOR MAT REMOVED. ALL ORIGINAL FLOORS, MOUNTS, ROCKER PANELS, ETC. NEW ALUMINUM RADIATOR. UPDATED A/C COMPRESSOR. ELECTRONIC IGNITION. THIS IS A GREAT SURVIVOR ORIGINAL SCOUT II. STILL WEARING ITS ORIGINAL PAINT AN RALLYE STRIPE. HAS A FEW DENTS ON DRIVERS SIDE DOOR, AND FENDER AS WELL AS THE TAILGATE. YOU COULD LEAVE IT ORIGINAL OR EASILY HAVE IT REPAINTED AND HAVE NEARLY A SHOW QUALITY SCOUT. ITS SHOWING 76,XXX MILES WHICH APPEAR TO BE ORIGINAL. IT EVEN HAS THE ORIGINAL TYPE GOODYEAR TRACKER A-T TIRE AS A SPARE! THE ORIGINALITY OF THIS SCOUT IS EXCEPTIONAL. IT CAN BE LEFT AS-IS FOR A SUPERB ORIGINAL SCOUT OR EASILY RESTORED TO SHOW QUALITY. NO HOLES WERE DRILLED FOR THE ROOF RACK TO BE INSTALLED. IT UNBOLTS EASILY IN LESS THAN FIVE MINUTES. THE SPARE TIRE CARRIER IS BOLTED SECURELY TO THE BODY.
